Meet the Team
Broady’s Irrigation Repair is the next chapter of a family legacy rooted in hard work, service, and community. Joanna and Michael Broady started Broady’s Yard Service in 2006 with a simple mission: to help people take care of their homes with honesty and care. Over the years, their sons Davin and Dillon spent summers working side by side with Michael, learning the trade firsthand and building the strong work ethic the family is known for. Today, the business has evolved to focus on irrigation and sprinkler repair, with Michael leading the way once again, now joined by Joanna and their daughter Alexis. This new chapter allows Michael to continue the work he’s passionate about while also making time for what matters most: family and his growing group of grandkids. Together, the Broady family remains committed to delivering dependable service, smart water solutions, and genuine care to every customer they meet.

Owner and Tech
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Michael has seen just about every irrigation issue Arizona can throw at him. He started the original Broady’s Yard Service back in 2006 and now leads Broady’s Irrigation Repair with the same dedication, precision, and passion for helping people. When he’s not out in the field, you’ll find him spending time with his grandkids, his favorite job of all.
